My Rheumatoid Arthritis Haiku
by Niki Wyre
Yes this is another one of the Wego prompts, day 6, for the Health Activist Writers Month Challege. They challenged us to write 30 posts in 30 days.
So I needed to write a haiku about my Rheumatoid Arthritis or health issues. Do you have a haiku to share with us? This is my first one so no laughing… I would love to read some of yours
A haiku is a structured poem in whiche the first line includes 5 syllables, second line 7syllables and for the third line 5 syllables. So they are short poems but even though they might not be long, they can make a big impact.
Here is my haiku:
Flaring painful red
Twisted cramped up hot joints
Depression lurking.
