Q: What is one thing your doctor didn’t tell you about your Autoimmune Arthritis that you wish they had?
A: How much more painful an injury is when your in an active flare, healing time for not just injuries but illnesses as well! How exhausted you get and even worse when you have an illness! How hard it is to do things you once found easy!

Q: If you could tell your past self something before diagnosis, what would it be?
A: well before onset of symptoms I would say live it up do all the things you wanted to do that were physical! After onset that I will get a diagnosis and that I’m not alone!

Q: What would you like to tell others newly diagnosed with Autoimmune Arthritis?
A: to get active in helping to raise awareness, join groups, do research, make others around you aware that you do have to adjust your lifesytle but that its not hopeless! Helping to educate those about your disease so that they understand why you do and don’t do things different than before! Education is the key for yourself and those close to you!

A: yoga pants and jackets, sweats anything comfortable for what I have planned that day!

Q: What part of dealing with your autoimmune Arthritis has made the biggest impact on you?

Q: Favorite quote?
A: I have 3
For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.
— Audrey Hepburn
A true friend is someone who sees the pain in your eyes while everyone else believes the smile on your face
Underestimating your potential to do some good in life is more devastating than doing nothing at all

Q: What are three random things about yourself that others may not knowd
A: I think those around me know pretty much everything about me! I try to never hold anything back! But maybe that I like being alone, that I love reality tv, that I’m a realist
